Euan Luff has been a Senior Partner of our firm since 1980 and has considerable experience both in corporate and commercial matters as well as commercial litigation.

Euan has been involved with:

  • Mergers and acquisitions, company takeovers, preparation of prospectuses including overseeing due diligence investigations
  • advising the Resources Exploration and Mining Industry
  • public equity fund raising and ASX compliance work
  • major commercial litigation Euan also has acted and continues to act as a director of public companies, both listed and unlisted on the ASX.

Other than his legal qualifications, Euan is an Accredited Mediator of the Institute of Arbitrators and a Fellow of the Institute of Arbitrators.
