In respect of trade mark advice and registration, we have adopted a global approach to the protection of intellectual property which takes into consideration matters such as internet domain name registrations.

This is also an important consideration as part of our corporate restructuring advice, as in many cases the ownership of the intellectual property may have significant consequences, both commercially and from a tax perspective.
