Many of our clients have sought our services as they have been unable to get timely service from larger law firms.

Our involvement in this area stemmed from our early participation in the listing of public companies, both industrial and mineral exploration companies, on the ASX.

Over the years, we have been involved in a number of IPOs and fundraising ventures, takeovers, MBOs, and in the process have had ongoing dealings with the ASX and the ASIC.

In the recent past we have been heavily involved in servicing the requirements of clients in the telecommunications, technology and biotechnology fields.
