Traineeship Program

Our Traineeship Program is designed to provide our junior staff with a well balanced learning process, by a careful combination of practical hands-on experience as well as formal training and course work.

Most importantly, all of our staff are encouraged to work as a team in providing effective solutions to our clients.

We view our trainees as being a part of our firm over the long term and have devised our Traineeship Program accordingly.

In most cases, Trainees are provided with client contact soon after commencing work at our firm, an element which is not provided by some firms to solicitors, let alone Trainees until well into their careers.

Trainees are also given substantial autonomy in respect of files handled by them, naturally with appropriate supervision from the relevant Partner.

This exposure of staff to clients is central to our Working philosophy.
